Description:

This course is designed for healthcare professionals, specifically Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), with intermediate experience in providing care to LGBT patients. Participants will gain an understanding of the unique health concerns faced by LGBT individuals, learn strategies for creating an inclusive healthcare environment, and develop skills to communicate effectively with LGBT patients. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to enhance their care practices to address the diverse needs of this population.
